Kevin L. Geisler

is the managing partner of Geisler & Weaver . Kevin spent a majority of his youth in Charleston and graduated from Charleston High School in 1988. Kevin proceeded to graduate with a degree in Finance from California State University in 1992 and received his law degree from St. Louis University in 1996. Kevin practiced for a period in St. Louis, Missouri until returning to his native hometown of Charleston in April of 1998.

He practices in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, domestic relations, and criminal defense. Kevin is actively involved in the community as President of the Board of Directors of Family Choices Adoption Agency and as a former Chairperson for the LWIA 23 Workforce Investment Board. Kevin resides with his wife, Erin, in Charleston, Illinois.

Tyler J. Weaver 

is a partner in Geisler & Weaver. Tyler is a Charleston native and graduated from Charleston High School in 2001. He attended Eastern Illinois University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2004, specializing in Finance. During Tyler’s time at EIU, he worked part-time as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Kevin L. Geisler. Tyler then attended Southern Illinois University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2008. During his third year of law school, Tyler was a member of the Southern Illinois American Inn of Court.
